| We Perform professional field and office surveying services for locating and permitting Barnett Shale Gas Wells and associated pipelines throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas. We prepare various documents for each site in order to facilitate approval from the associated City, State and sometimes Federal authorities. Services include those for Special Use Permits (SUP), Gas Well Permits, and other required permissions to construct improvements. Site surveys include boundary and topographic surveys along with required site plans, exhibits and documents for permitting through the Texas Railroad Commission (including floodplain reclamation for well site location). To assist in bringing the gas to market, we work along side right-of-way agents in performing route surveys for gathering and transmission pipelines. Our goal is to get the right-of-way agents the information they need as early as possible for their negotiations with property owners. We assist in performing research on city records for related ordinances, construction plans, plats and associated existing conditions that may affect the subject properties and/or alignments and work with the client's pipeline engineer to draft pipeline plan and profile sheets.
