Randy Eardley developed his strong work ethic growing up in a small central Texas town helping with the family ranching business. He learned how to solve problems with common sense and available resources, an invaluable skill for an Engineer.
Upon graduation from Texas A&M, Randy accepted a position with Wier & Associates at our former branch office in Frisco, where he immediately became a responsible member of a project design team. He was quickly elevated to the position of team leader in 2007, continuing to excel in his position to become an Associate of the firm in 2014. Randy has extensive experience with many project types, focused primarily on private commercial/retail development projects and municipal roadway projects.
Having a servant’s heart, Randy is always willing to lend a hand at a moment’s notice, whether it is mowing the yard of an elderly neighbor or volunteering to help with Adopt a Highway for one of the local Texas Roads on hot Saturday mornings. This quality makes him a valued asset to his colleagues and the clients he serves.
