Tim Wallace joined Wier & Associates in 2007 as an intern and began working as a full-time graduate engineer in 2007, upon graduation from the University of Texas at Arlington. During his career at Wier & Associates, Tim has progressed from a graduate engineer to a team leader and was named an associate of the firm in 2017.
Since joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Wallace has worked with Philip Graham’s team as a design engineer on projects that include public infrastructure such as roadways, sanitary sewer, storm drain, and water lines.
Mr. Wallace has also been instrumental in the development of the design of natural gas pipelines by developing horizontal and vertical alignments and preparing alignment plans and permit exhibits.
Mr. Wallace coordinates in-house continuing education programs for the development of our engineering staff. He also actively promotes the Civil Engineering profession in the community through speaking engagements in area schools, is involved in the College of Engineering mentoring program at the University of Texas at Arlington, and through the Civil Engineering Department at the University he has frequently been a Project Director for the Senior Project classes.
