- Provided land planning, surveying, and civil engineering services for a 22,400-sf THR Orthopedic and Spine Center between Jimma & Mary Lou, north of I-20 in Willow Park.
- 100 parking spaces were provided along with two patients drop off locations and accommodations for a generator and two chillers.
- The design included planning for future on-site building and parking expansions with minimal impact to the current phase.
- To resolve the 20-foot grade differential across the site, a retaining wall was installed around the eastern and southern sides of the building.
