Civil Engineering Interns
Wier & Associates, Inc. has internship opportunities available year-round in both our Arlington and Plano offices. Candidates must be a student actively pursuing a civil engineering degree from an accredited university degree program with interest in land development or municipal infrastructure design; preferably a Sophomore or Junior. Candidates must possess a valid driver license and have a good driving record. AutoCAD or Civil 3D experience is a plus. (See below for more information)

Internships
College Interns/Graduates
In college and wanting to find a civil engineering firm that will be flexible with your school schedule? Want to get practical experience while being able to attend school? Wier & Associates, Inc. provides a casual work environment, friendly co-workers and an opportunity to experience civil engineering.
Interns will work under one of our experienced Team Leaders to receive direct guidance, training, and real world application of what is being taught in their classes. As interns progress through their internship, they will be given an opportunity to work on actual projects including municipal and private development. Interns will learn the step-by-step process of how projects are transitioned from conception to completion.
