- Assisted client with site selection by evaluating multiple lots in Willow Park.
- The site was a 1.6-acre portion of a 6.8-acre lot near the southeast corner of J.D. Towles Drive and Jimma Drive.
- A 25-ft elevation difference across the site required consideration for fire truck accessibility, handicap accessibility, and the implementation of retaining walls that maximized the developable area of the land.
