- Work included land planning and civil site design.
- Special features of this project included sophisticated analysis of cascading detention ponds as an amenity for the site.
- Re-designed the TxDOT plans in this area to provide much-needed access off the frontage road at this intersection, greatly increasing the value for the client, Granite Properties.
