- For the development of this gated, 230-unit single family detached and duplex for rent community, a PD site plan was prepared to change the existing R2 zoning to a PD using the established R7 zoning as a base to address its unique features.
- As part of the PD process, a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) was performed.
- Site design included two detention ponds, dog park, pool, fitness facility, and trail system.
