- Delivered site planning, permitting, surveying, and engineering services for a 918 unit, 48-acre multifamily development in Fort Worth, TX.
- Completed surveying and engineering design for two phases of Garden Apartments, one phase of Townhomes, TxDOT frontage road extension design and permitting, and City public improvement plans.
- Assisted with permitting of the Multi-Family Development (MFD) Site Plan, multiple Stormwater Facility Maintenance Agreements (SWFMA), coordinated Impact Fee and Impact Fee credit allocation, final platting, Community Facilities Agreement (CFA), encroachment agreements with the City, and site addressing.
- The project included 1,100-ft of half right-of-way improvements of a major arterial roadway, 300-ft of TxDOT frontage road extension, 600-ft of minor collector roadway extension, included over 2,800-LF of 12” waterline, over 4,500-LF of large storm drain box culvert, and a retention pond modification.
- Conducted hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of a 230-acre watershed draining through the subject property and ultimately through US Highway 287 with a complex flood condition.
- Services also included coordinating design of two private sewer lift stations and facilitating franchise utility routing and service through the site.
